Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Rhoose Point Remedies.

If you change your mind, you may return most unused items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging.

To request a return, please contact us first at admin@rhoosepointremedies.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

Return conditions

  • Items must be unused and in a resaleable condition.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.

  • Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be made to your original payment method within a reasonable time.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we may be unable to accept returns on certain opened or used items, including personal care products, unless they are faulty.
