Well, it means that beekeepers are working in line with UK beekeeping legislations to farm bees in the most sustainable way possible. The wax is also sourced from UK based bees. The BBKA discourages the international trade of bees, as many fear that the introduction of foreign bee species could be harmful to both British bees and the natural environments in which they thrive.
